X9999 was born from a simple question: why couldn't people in Bangladesh have a quality, safe gaming platform that operated in Bangla? There were plenty of international sites, but none of them understood the local context. You couldn't deposit via bKash or Nagad, Bangla-language support was nowhere to be found, and popular options like cricket betting were far from well-developed.
X9999 was built with exactly these challenges in mind. Everything here is tailored for people in Bangladesh — the language, payment methods, game selection, and support are all designed around you.
We believe every player deserves respect, transparency, and security – whether they're in Dhaka or Sunamganj.
x9999 Founding TeamTo bring a safe, transparent, and enjoyable online gaming experience to players across every corner of Bangladesh — and to use technology to make accessible what was once only within reach of a few people in major cities.
Gaming is more than just winning money — it's a source of entertainment and excitement. x9999 is committed to delivering that experience responsibly, so players can enjoy themselves within healthy limits and trust the platform completely.
Not just words – six core strengths we prove through action
X9999's interface, support chat, and terms are all in Bangla – play and get help without the hassle of a foreign language. This is what it truly means to be a platform built for Bangladeshi users.
Deposit and withdraw easily using Bangladesh's most familiar mobile banking methods. Transactions are completed in minutes — no international cards or complicated processes required.
256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and RNG certification — your data and funds at x9999 are protected to international banking standards. Your information is never shared with third parties.
Cricket — Bangladesh's national passion — is x9999's top priority. From the BPL and international series to live ball-by-ball betting, it's all on one platform.
Even at 3 AM, x9999's support team is on hand. Reach us via Live Chat or email in Bangla across all channels, with an average response time of under 2 minutes.
X9999 believes entertainment should have its limits. That's why we give players the tools to set their own limits, take breaks when needed, and access support whenever necessary.
X9999 is built on five core principles. These aren't just slogans – they guide every decision we make.
Odds, rules, and bonus terms are all written clearly in Bengali. No hidden conditions.
Winnings are paid out promptly, and accounts are never suspended without cause. Keeping our word is at the core of how we operate.
Every feature, every update is built with our players in mind. We place the highest value on user feedback.
New games, improved performance, and a better interface are added every month. Standing still is simply not in x9999's nature.
Beyond entertainment, we genuinely care about our players' mental and financial well-being. That's a responsibility we can't afford to ignore.
From humble beginnings to big ambitions – a brief history of x9999
A small team that understood the needs of the Bangladesh market came together to found x9999. It launched with Sports Betting as its first offering, with a primary focus on cricket fans across Bangladesh.
A partnership with Evolution Gaming brought Live Casino on board. Following the Android app launch, membership numbers began growing rapidly.
A long-awaited demand from Bangladeshi players was finally met. The addition of bKash and Nagad brought a whole new momentum to the platform.
Daily lottery draws and a High Roller VIP program were launched. New categories were added to meet the diverse needs of our players.
With 1 million+ registered members, 1,000+ games, a refined mobile experience, and a dedicated support team, x9999 has become a household name in Bangladesh.
Bangladesh's online gaming landscape has changed dramatically over the past few years. People used to navigate international sites, struggle with English interfaces, and hit dead ends at payment. x9999 arrived with a solution to every one of those problems. From day one, our guiding principle has been simple: players in Bangladesh deserve a world-class gaming experience in their own language, through familiar channels.
X9999's greatest strength is that we don't just sell a tech product – we deliver an experience. That experience is built on excitement, enjoyment, and a human touch: the assurance that someone is there for you when things go wrong. That's why our members keep coming back.
Cricket runs deeper than sport for people in Bangladesh — whether it's the World Cup or the BPL, every match feels like a national celebration. x9999 respects that passion. That's why each match offers over a hundred betting options, from ball-by-ball live betting to top batsman markets and wicket-to-wicket markets — not just the final result. That depth is what sets x9999's cricket section apart.
Our Live Casino features titles from world-class providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger – every game comes with professional live dealers. Being able to chat with a dealer live from Bangladesh is an experience unlike any other.
X9999's tech team continuously improves the platform – making the mobile experience as rich as desktop, reducing loading times, and adding new payment methods. Player feedback is gathered before every update, because ultimately the platform exists for them.
Security is something we never compromise on. From the moment a member creates an account with x9999, every piece of their data and every transaction is kept secure. Independent third-party auditors regularly review our systems. RNG certification means game outcomes involve no human interference — everything is entirely random and fair.
Our commitment to Responsible Gaming goes beyond words. At x9999, players can set their own daily and monthly deposit limits. If you need a break, you can pause your account for a set period. We believe a healthy, happy player is our best long-term partner.
People from every corner of Bangladesh use x9999 today – from business owners in Dhaka to expat families in Sylhet, port workers in Chittagong to university students in Rajshahi. This diversity is x9999's greatest source of pride. When a single platform can earn the trust of so many different people, it shows the work is being done right.
X9999 has big plans for the future – new games, new payment options, and an even better mobile experience. But no matter how much we grow, one principle will never change: earning the trust of people in Bangladesh and delivering better service every single day. That is what x9999 stands for, and that is our promise.
